Our Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
We are happy with your business and want to expedite all orders as fast as possible. In some cases items are a custom item and may take some time to customize you piece for you but in those cases we will contact you a verification email/phone call with timeline on when your item will be shipped. We will always contact you once your item is shipped and tracking information.
Returns and Refunds
All custom pieces are none refundable but any item bought in our collections or catalog we will allow a 90 day return for in store credit as long as there is no damage to the piece.
Repairs and Pickup Policy
All repairs will be done in a timely manner. We will do our best to keep our repair time to a minimal. Once we are done with repairs we will be in touch and all customers have 90 days to pickup pieces. Once the 90 days are up we will call one more time and you have 5 more days to come pick it up. After that we will sell or scrap pieces for cost.

We will not rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information about you with other people or companies except for services you've requested, when we have your permission, or when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of these terms and conditions, or as otherwise required by law or a policy or notice contained or associated with a specific product or service.
Personally identifiable information includes such information as your full name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you register for an account. To update your account’s personally identifiable information, you can email us at email@example.com. We also send promotional emails and service related emails related to your account. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please also contact us for that.
First Choice Jewelers uses multiple analytic tools that may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity, pages visited, country, device used, operating system, browser used, etc. None of these analytic tools collect and use your personally identifiable information.
Warranty at First Choice Jewelers
We like to keep happy and life long customers. We have a working warranty that has lasted us years and we stand by everything we do. All jobs, custom pieces, collection pieces, and even watch batteries have a year warranty on them. We will be happy within the first year of service to fix and or replace if necessary the pieces due to normal wear and tear. We also have a life long maintenance plan for all jewelry sold by us. We will be happy to arrange routine check all mountings and clean/polish everything bought through us for life.
